Dynamic Sloped Roofing & Glazing
The architecture is immediately defined by its sweeping, multi-gabled dark sloped roof. Engineered for the heavy regional monsoons, this timeless roofline is modernized by the inclusion of striking glass-paneled gables, which allow natural sunlight to beautifully illuminate the upper interior spaces.
Earthy Material Harmony
The exterior facade is a masterclass in texture and material contrast. Crisp, contemporary white walls are thoughtfully layered with warm, rustic exposed red brickwork on the ground floor and rugged natural stone cladding on the upper levels. This earthy combination grounds the modern geometry of the large geometric windows and sleek structural lines.
Architectural Car Pavilion
A standout feature of this property is the expansive, custom-built car porch. Designed as an independent yet architecturally cohesive pavilion, it utilizes a matching sloped roof and elegant vertical wooden slatted screens.
