Expanding our turnkey construction expertise into the beautiful landscapes of Coorg, we delivered a highly customized home that perfectly balances raw, industrial aesthetics with earthy warmth, resulting in a striking architectural landmark that stands out in its natural surroundings.
Bold Geometric Architecture
The home’s design breaks conventional boundaries by seamlessly blending sharp, linear frameworks with striking curves. The front elevation is defined by a massive, deep-set arched balcony that softens the heavy structural blocks. This eclectic geometry is further enhanced by a distinct circular protruding window on the side elevation and contemporary circular accents on the concrete facade. Capping the structure is a modern flat roof layered with a dramatic, slanted wooden-finish overhang, providing superior weather protection while adding immense visual warmth.
Earthy & Industrial Material Palette
The exterior showcases a masterful, high-contrast approach to material layering. Raw, industrial grey concrete finishes are beautifully juxtaposed with rich, rust-toned textured panels and crisp white plaster. To maximize natural light without compromising on privacy or style, the expansive floor-to-ceiling glass windows are framed by intricate, bespoke geometric metal grilles, adding a unique artistic character to the modern exterior.
Architectural Illumination & Landscape Integration
Designed to glow beautifully against the misty Virajpet backdrop, the residence features an advanced architectural lighting plan. A continuous vertical LED strip accentuates the sheer height of the main structural pillar, while warm, modern pendant lights drop elegantly within the arched balcony.
