Project Overview

Designed for our esteemed client Mr. Rashid in Mattannur, Kannur, this premium multi-unit residential apartment exemplifies Noor Nest Builders’ expertise in contemporary urban construction. We delivered a highly sophisticated architectural solution that maximizes spatial efficiency while providing a luxurious, high-end living experience tailored for modern families.

Contemporary Geometric Architecture

The building’s exterior is defined by a bold, horizontal geometric framework. A striking dark grey architectural fascia seamlessly wraps around the expansive first-floor balconies, creating a profound sense of width and modern grandeur. This clean, flat-roofed silhouette includes a beautiful rooftop terrace and penthouse suite, offering a sleek, futuristic street presence that immediately captures attention.

Premium Material Layering & Textures

The facade showcases a masterful balance of high-end materials tailored for a luxury commercial-grade finish. Smooth, light-toned exterior panels are elegantly contrasted with warm wooden wall cladding and rugged beige stone masonry on the side elevations. The ground level is anchored by dark slate-grey structural pillars featuring intricate, decorative geometric cut-out panels, adding a touch of bespoke craftsmanship to the highly contemporary structure.

Expansive Glazing and Natural Integration

To maximize interior space and natural light, the apartments feature massive floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors and large grid windows. The central staircase and balcony areas utilize vertical wooden louvers to provide privacy and ventilation. Bringing nature directly into the urban design, the architecture incorporates continuous built-in planter boxes along the entire first-floor balcony perimeter, softening the sharp structural geometry with lush greenery.

Architectural Illumination

The modern aesthetic is dramatically elevated during the evening through a state-of-the-art architectural lighting system. Continuous vertical and horizontal LED strip lights are integrated directly into the walls and ceiling overhangs. Paired with warm recessed soffit downlights and ambient wall sconces, this lighting design perfectly highlights the building’s rich textures and sharp architectural lines.
